I am extremely pleased with my experience with A&A Appliance. I live in an apartment and have been renting a washer and dryer from them for two years and will continue to do so until I move from here. Their customer service is exceptional. Gracie is kind and professional on the phone. If you have any problems with a washer or dryer, they will replace it immediately. I highly recommend A&A Appliance.
Great experience!! We lease the combo washer/ dryer for 4 years. They have the most affordable prices and we never had any trouble. Best costumer service, they are fast and always helpful. 100% recommended.
Great service. I needed a washer for a temporary period (I was only living in Austin for 2 years), and this was so much more convienent than buying! The machines I rented were in good shape, and have lasted 2 years with no issues at all. Great customer service as well. I spoke to someone named Ben a few times, and he was incredibly helpful.
We had a great experience with A&A Appliance Leasing. We leased a washer and dryer from them for about 2 years. Our first set ran into some issues after about a year and a half and they replaced them quickly. They are responsive and helpful with their service.
Definitely recommend this place, they are always very helpful and if I ever have an issue they answer and come real quick. I rented a dryer when mine broke had it for over a year. I had an issue with it 1 time and they came quickly to fix it.
