Eduardo assisted me on the phone in scheduling follow up treatment, and was most pleasant and helpful. We have had both the quarterly service for ants, wasps, etc. as well as rodent exclusion. Alta’s staff always are super courteous and happy to follow up at no charge if pests appear in between treatments. Since moving to Texas, this company gives us peace of mind.
John came over and took care of my home with a team of new employees that he was training! They were friendly, quick and got everything done! I think these guys should work in teams instead of solo. We shall see if the second visit is as good as this first one.
I have tried numerous Pest Control Services over the years, and Alta Pest Control earned my business and trust when they got rid of the pesky Brazilian crazy ants that infested my house. They knew what to do and got rid of them. I had tried several other local Pest Control companies who were not able to take care of those ants. Alta came by at the right time and introduced themselves. This was back in 2003, and we have been happy with them ever since. A shout-out to Jose. He was particularly friendly and good this month.
Vasu was extremely nice, professional and friendly! The team was very quick and efficient. We have a big dog but they were very accommodating! Would definitely recommend them!
