This was my 3rd try to have someone come out to diagnose and fix my boyfriend's expensive Bosch refrigerator (came with the house)....and I'm happy to say it was the charm! :) The first 2 businesses either weren't sure exactly what was wrong with it or wanted to charge a ridiculous cost to figure it out. Nathan came out, tried a couple of different things and got it back up and running like a champ. It didn't appear to be a simple fix, but he stuck with it nonetheless and my beaux didn't have to purchase a new fridge! Win/Win!!
