I recently had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by them. The entire experience was nothing short of perfect. When I inquired online, I was contacted immediately. They were able to schedule my install almost immediately and they worked with my schedule. Their employees were very professional. Thank you so much for making this simple. I appreciate all of you involved.

WORST EVER!! They had one job to tighten the valve and they came over, couldn’t fix it and created two other issues which were not there before. Charged me $100 just to tighten it and to ensure that there is no leak, I was in a meeting the whole time Jose was working. After 10 minutes he says it’s done, I asked him if the water is leaking or not and he said it’s not.
Paid them and an hour later went to use the bathroom, saw this - the water was everywhere. Called them, they blocked my number as well.
PLEASE DON’T call them for service!!

I had an awesome experience with Austin Area Plumbing! During the process of selling our home, the inspection report showed that one of our water heaters was about to blow. My realtor recommended AAP and set up a service call. John came out on a Saturday to inspect the water heater. Sure enough, it was a goner. He came back out on Tuesday, with Tony to replace it completely. They had it done in about 45 minutes to an hour. They were super nice and knowledgeable! Dennis, the owner, gave us a great deal! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!
