We had the most amazing experience with Austin Metro Moonwalks! Superior customer service! I was contacted 3 days before my party and we arranged a drop off time. It was brought a day early at no extra charge to me. The slide I originally reserved was damaged so they offered me a comparable slide at a discounted rate. They arrived early and were very fast setting up. The slide was clean and in great shape! We will be using this company every time we have a party :) very highly recommended
Owner is a pretentious cu×t that thinks he's better than everybody else. Do not recommend would never work with again horrible employees and awful customer service
These guys made everything so simple! I really appreciate how they gave us a 1 hr window for delivery and showed up on time. The delivery guy was really good at his job, he was in and out in less than 20 minutes and made sure he went over all the safety rules with us. Our guests all enjoyed the snow cone machine and the bounce house rental for the kids. Next time we will be sure to try a water slide! I definitely recommend this company to any friends who ask us who to use for their party.
I love them! I previously used another company and I am so glad I found them instead! Very accommodating and affordable. My son loves moonwalks for his birthday parties, so they will be my new go-to for renting his moonwalks. I waited very last minute this year to book the moonwalk (I usually do it weeks in advance), and they had availability. Thank you guys for help making my son’s party a success!
The Water Slide I rented was exactly the way it looked on the photos. My son and all of his friends loved it! they had a great time on it and never got tired of getting up and down of it. I personally loved their customer service!!! I really liked not having to worry about picking it up, setting it or anything like that. They took care of all of that,and that saved me a lot of time. I would definitely rent from them again.
