It took me a little time figuring out where some items lived, but there were enough helpers to get directed. I appreciated being able to get items that I needed today that I would have had to wait till tomorrow to order from elsewhere. Can't go two days for a new modem.
Not bad. Customer service sucks for sure. I bought an ipad 512 M3 among few other things and it took them time to get it from the back. They guy had the audacity to tell me next time buy online so we don’t have to hurry and get it for you, it’ll be collected for you in due time and be ready for pick up. Told the manager on floor. They were nice enough to acknowledge that they are suppose to help even if you buy something for $10. So when i spend over $2000 i expect the service of $2000 nothing less. Hire people with better manners. They are representing the brand. If it’s hard to do what you get paid for then stay home.
I was looking for a remote control for my TV and I couldn't remember exactly which brand of TV. The young lady I spoke to knew her products. I enjoyed going to that store. Best buy has great products.

Thank goodness this Best buy is here cuz occasionally I'm in this area and need to pick up some solid state drives and computer components for my computer repair business and the customer service here and a new remodeling is nice and Spacey and much appreciate it! They even do keep the restrooms clean keep the area spotless customer service is always on top of making sure you're checked in and out quickly and find what you need very well-organized and knowledgeable staff! They also have convenient locker pick up so you can order online and they can just put into locker to pick up or bring it to your car :)
