I've been with Arrow since it was Hutto Pest Control and the service is still excellent. Omar was my OG tech and now Jaime has taken over and the attention to detail and care she takes it incredible. This place is amazing. Great customer service and very personable. Had an issue with a rat in my car eating up my wires. Omar came out and assisted me on how to keep them away. Also signed up for their rodent services and will be using them for pest control services as well. Very friendly and helpful, like talking to an old friend. Very reasonably priced as well. I contacted Arrow Exterminators and Sharon did a great job scheduling and going over service plans. My Technician Jason R just wrapped up his service call for me and did a fantastic job . He was on time in his arrival window , contacted me before , just overall professional experience, removed his boots at the front without me saying anything.
