We had a water heater go in the attic and they were here within the hour. We discussed options and had it fixed the next day. We also had them put in the water softener, carbon filters and reverse osmosis for the kitchen. They're the kindest, most professional plumbers that I've ever had the honor of working with.
I called Pickell Plumbing today to make an appointment,thinking they would not beable to see me today. To my surpise the Customer Service Clerk informed me, that they can come out today. The plumber was very honest, professional and well seasoned in his field. I am pleased with their service and highly recommend Pickell Plumbing.
Pickell Plumbing always comes through for all of my plumbing needs. Danny helped us replace a toilet even though it was very late in. The day and he could have easily rescheduled with us. I never have any problems after Danny services our home - once it’s fixed, the problem is solved.
Pickell participated in our annual Get Outdoors Hutto event as a volunteer to teach our campers about fishing. He was very knowledgeable and was hands on with our participants. Pickell provided the opportunity for our campers to fish and it was a great experience. I was very happy to have Pickell as a part of our event and would be happy to have him in the future!
