We had a great experience with Ted and Suzanne Sumner. They talked us through price, time of listing etc. and helped know just what to do. Suzanne’s attention to details showed up in every area of the sale, first with her staging and decorating, even to the point of loaning us pillows and plants to provide warmth to our home. She stayed closely connected to us through the entire process, right down to celebrating with us when the check was cashed at the bank after closing! Ted has the wonderful gift of putting people at ease, so he warmly welcomed potential buyers at open houses and gave them the freedom to ask any and all questions. Together, they are a great team and we highly recommend them.
I need more stars for Melanie Macdonald. I cannot say enough nice things about this wonderful woman. I had, what I truly believe is the best experience I could have possibly had, at a most stressful and difficult time for me and my family.
