Staff was wonderful, the setup crew arrived bright and early as expected and had quickly setup the bounce house. They were friendly, quick and professional. When it came time to pick up it was the same experience. The water bounce slide was a blast, everybody at my son's B-Day party was on it, adults and children alike. Will be back again for sure, guaranteed!!
We had a wonderful time with our Bluey bounce house! Prices were very affordable for renting for 1 day and receiving it for 2 days based on pick up and drop off windows. Thank you!
Had a great experience with sandis moo bounce. Originally reserved the disco bounce house. But I was called four days before my reservation time and was told it was needing repair and would not be available. Instead I switched to the combo bounce house and water slide. I was given a partial refund as well. It was delivered a day early by Jared who did a wonderful job setting it up. He was very polite, quick, and communicative.
We have used this service before and they are always professional. On time and super friendly. Every bounce house we have rented has been clean and in good shape. The children absolutely have a blast! Highly recommend!
First of all, communication was terrific. The guy can and set up, helping move stuff once we realized the house needed more space. He tested it after securing it down. I will say, it was really windy the second day we had the house, but that thing did not budge. And it inflated so fast! I totally forgot to take pictures :( I gotta see if any parents got pics 😬anywho, I highly recommend.
