Don't use this company, a attach a picture here for unfinished work. you spent a lot of money for nothing is not worth it. They left a lot of unfinished job. It's a nightmare. We quote, our back yard for mulching and put a seed. They left this 3 trees because without mulch and enough soil in the yard to put seeds. I was soo angry I complained to them, to make it short whatever they delivered to your site that's it. My conclusions for this company. Unprofessional, trustworthy, dishonest.

The short version: Find someone else. These guys are not worth the hassle and frustration for the mediocre, average-at-best work you’ll likely receive. The long version: The builder of my home and of many homes in my neighborhood selected Sendero as their landscaper of choice. Out of my own laziness (and what I hoped would be convenience), I chose Sendero not once, but twice, to assist with landscaping projects for my home since they were already familiar with the irrigation system and previous work performed. It’s my own mistake using them a second time after one bad experience with the company. The communication from these guys is horrendous. They either didn’t show up at all when they said they would (without any notice) or they’d randomly arrive and start work (also without any notice). Don’t expect good (or any) proactive communication around timelines or any details regarding the work performed (e.g., if they have to make adjustments not previously discussed), warranty for the grass/plants, etc.—if you want to know something, you’ll have to ask. For the first project we did, they put the sod in the wrong place and had to come later to move it from the wrong part of the yard to the correct area. How they managed this (along with extending the irrigation to a new part of the yard) when it’s not at all what was discussed is beyond me. For our second project, the crew cut my Internet line just before the ice/snow storm, and let’s just say it was a DISASTER from there. All blame went to the Internet company for not resolving the issue quickly without so much as an apology from Sendero. When many patches of our sod died/didn’t take, it was difficult getting a response on if/when/how Sendero would remediate the situation. When they finally came and replaced the sod and dead tree, they still missed spots and didn’t stake the new tree, which tipped over two days later as a result of not being deep enough and not staked. It’s been a week and I’ve received no response regarding the tree or the missed patches of sod after trying to contact Sendero multiple times. I’m not one to hover over a team while they conduct their work as I prefer to trust that they are professionals capable of doing the job they were hired to do. That’s simply not the case with the crew(s) used by this company. The crew hung out uninvited on my patio furniture and wandered to the back part of my backyard (VERY far from where the work was being conducted...so one can only guess why they were going back there...). While the sod will eventually take, there are large gaps between the where the sod was laid. I could go on and on about my disappointment and frustration with using Sendero. You’ll be better off finding another landscaping company to assist with any projects you’re considering.

Soliciting in neighborhoods, ignoring “do not knock or ring bell signs” ignoring “no solicitation” signs. Reading my signs then continuing to sit there and ring the doorbell over and over causing my dogs to bark and freak out, woke up all of us who are sick. If you cannot simply read a sign and respect it, how do you expect to be trusted to work on someone’s property. Our entire neighborhood has posted the same about this company. Rude and pushy people. Beware. Go read the other one stars.

UPDATE: Sendero contacted me after this review. They apologized and replaced dead plants also checked the sprinkler system. They said there was a staff change and things should improved. Thank you so much for responding. Happy to write a review. The landscaping was wonderful except the drip sprinklers in the back bed have never worked well and when I called them out to fix it I was told it would cost more money because now they thought they would have to put another zone in. I felt that should have happened as part of the initial job. As a result of me not noticing the problem 3or 4 plants were lost. I also had early on requested quote on maintenance and even though was told someone would call and come out, no one ever did. So for those reason I am not giving the company a high rating since now I have to replace plants and figure out the back bed soaker hose at this point I am using an extra sprinkler and watering by hand.

Don’t walk, RUN from this company! I got a quote to get misters on my patio, with the agreement that Sendero would take over my landscaping. When I received the quote for landscaping it was astronomically high. I told the owner to call me so we could discuss it. He never called me back to have a conversation. He then proceeded to block my number and my wife’s number as well. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
