We had a Wonderful technician come to our home today from Zerorez. The dog stains on the carpets are completely gone and the kitchen tile looks so much better. We had a different company do the kitchen a year ago but they didn’t seal it afterward. Hopefully the tile will stay bright and shiny now🫶🌞❤️
Our technician did an outstanding job! I had them clean my office, and the communication throughout the process was seamless. They provided an estimate and were able to schedule the service for the next day. The pricing was fair and straightforward. We had a really great experience with Zerorez and I would highly recommend their services. Scheduling is easily done online or with a phone call and they’re had good availability. We were given an arrival window and the tech called with an ETA to let us know what to plan for. He arrived promptly and gave a great overview of the services and timeframe. He finished quickly and took care of a few other small things in the process. We were very pleased with the level of service and felt our technician was very professional. We plan on using their services again in the future.
